Purpose of the Terms

ace36 is an online gaming platform that provides slots, live casino, cricket betting, and various gaming services for players in Bangladesh. The purpose of these Terms is to clearly define the rights and responsibilities of ace36 and its users, and to ensure a safe, fair, and transparent gaming environment.

Who These Terms Apply To

Registration Requirements

Minimum Deposit Amount

The minimum deposit across all payment methods is ৳500. Deposits below this amount are not permitted, and ace36 reserves the right to change this limit at any time.

Withdrawal Terms

The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 15 minutes to 2 hours
• Withdrawals must be made from a verified account
• Withdrawal amounts will only be sent via the same method used for the deposit
• Withdrawals are not possible before the wagering requirements on a bonus have been met

Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit at ace36, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,500. Depositing ৳28,000 would award the maximum bonus of ৳20,000, making the total balance ৳48,000.

Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit plus bonus.

Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 15 = ৳22,500 must be wagered before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

General Bonus Rules

ace36 follows the general policies below when awarding bonuses:

• Each bonus may be claimed once only
• Once a bonus expires, it will be automatically cancelled
• ace36 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer
• If any fraud or misuse related to promotions is detected, the account will be terminated
• Claiming bonuses using multiple accounts is strictly prohibited

Fair Play Policy

All games on the ace36 platform are conducted in a completely impartial and fair manner. We use certified software technology in every game to ensure transparency of results. Prohibited Activities

• Silver: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Gold: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback

ace36 reserves the right to modify or cancel VIP benefits.

Account Termination by ace36

ace36 may suspend or permanently terminate any account without prior notice for the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms
• Suspected fraud, deception, or money laundering
• Providing false identity or documents
• Operating multiple accounts
• Using bots or automated tools
• Suspected to be a minor

Account Closure by the User

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting the ace36 support team. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance before the account is closed; however, bonus balances may be forfeited in cases where the account is terminated due to a breach of the Terms.
